a local artist i follow on ig said he saw her on a balcony, watering plants, in the french quarter the morning after she got in the bathroom fight. he said she looked hungover as frick.

Wonder how much the city is paying per day for that "leased" surburban. Also, two security guards on foot seems like overkill, even for the cesspool of a city she's created.
