That is exactly what AI is. It is fed data and it produces results based on what information is fed, but its able to cross reference information, etc. so it takes time for it to evolve. Our smart phones sort of works on the AI concept. It uses the things you search, sites you visit, text conversations, etc to know what ads to show you, what to suggest you read, etc.
