Not only is it easy, it's selfish. Your daughter needs you. There are others that need you.
Take it from someone that was a victim of a parent committing suicide--it sucks. You never get closure on that as a child. I was 13. I'm almost 33 now. I wonder all the time what was so bad that he had to end it all. Was I not good enough?
Reach out, man. Get some help, because there are people that care about you and don't want to see you gone like that. Don't leave your daughter wondering why she wasn't good enough for you to stick around.

Man you can’t do that to yourself. All those who have been touched by that tragedy have to just keep on giving and living and loving and try to help others that are trapped in the darkness by reaching out and knowing they aren’t alone and there is light coming

It's not as often anymore that I wonder those things. Now I find myself more and more realizing that I am getting closer to the age he was. I've picked up on some of the things that he really enjoyed doing, as well as some of his bad habits (although I work everyday to overcome those, for my kids). I've moved past those feelings, for the most part.
But more than anything, I use those feelings to try to help people realize that, no matter how hard life might be right now, there is someone that cares. Someone worth living for.
