90% is women bitching. But occasionally a man will post surveillance video of frickfaces going through unlocked cars or something like that.

This is my favorite part of Nextdoor, lol. The bored housewives freaking out about seeing a coyote in the neighborhood or other inane bullcrap and some guy will tell them to calm the frick down and stop over-reacting. It's practically a spectator sport at that point.

My neighborhood has had constant arguments about cats, golf cart legalities, and people who fish out of our pond in a wrongful manner.
