Nothing has happened to men. Military recruitment surged after 9/11, so much that the services exceeded their goals. The things that the OP mentioned were things that are mostly participated by women. I don't know a soul who has actually done any of them.

I'm mostly disturbed by man buns.

Speak for yourself sugar pants.

At 17 I moved 800 miles away from anybody I knew and got a full time job using a fake ID. Every Fri, Sat, and Sun I'd be somewhere between Arizona and Atlanta strapping on to some 2k lb bull for some prize money then I'd bang some desperate housewife later than night whose pussy arse husband wasn't man enough for her.

Liberalism is overtaking, as people are more interested in making everyone feel good about themselves rather than focus on providing for their families.

HempHead and others summed it up nicely.

The US has become such an economic and military superpower that its citizens have completely forgotten what it's like to face true adversity. The last of the ones that did will all be gone soon.

It's very easy to focus on luxuries such as gender politics, social justice, etc. when you have no worries about where your next meal will come from or whether or not your neighbor is going to invade and slaughter/rape everyone.

But History is cyclical. The collapse of the US will come, and it won't be pretty.

My grandfather stormed Omaha Beach at 19. Came home and married his sweetheart. Started a family. Worked a job for 40 years and lived a long life. Now we have damn gender reveal parties. 1/2 birthday parties. Prom-posals. Professional photos for every damn occasion. Push presents

I honestly don't want to do any of those things. The chances of me celebrating a 1/2 birthday and fighting in a war are both the same. Zero.

I didn't even realize 1/2 birthday parties existed until this thread.

Never had a professional take our pictures. iPhone + good lighting works just fine.

I can get some ok shots in a pinch with my phone. However, I can't achieve the same level of depth or color richness that I can with my DSLR.

We've never paid for professional photos, and I've gotten pictures that rival the quality of most of what I'm seeing from friends' photography businesses on Facebook. If I ever invested in the lighting equipment I could get even better indoor shots.

I'm sorry, getting nice pictures of your family makes you a moron? Surely I'm misunderstanding you.

I need a ruling on myself folks:

I flat out refuse to take pictures, even with family.

I refuse to take anyone,s money or even gifts because I don't wanna feel like I owe them something. Eff that.

I will never allow a date to pay for something because well that's how I was raised.

If the situation allows it, I always open a door for the moms (when she's visiting) or a date.

I drink Whiskey neat. (I'll admit I tried that sprite shite from that other thread and didnt care for it).

I prefer to be a Dean Martin than a Metro-dude of today.

I've been accused of being to old school lol.

So on a scale of Trashy to SJW, where am I at lol

Nah I wear oxfords, slacks, and a polo. Sitting in front of a bunch of expensive radio equipment for LTE/LTE-A.

Never dipped/smoked in my life. The hardest drug I have taken is Tylenol 3

I am 30 and about 10lbs over what the doctor wants me at so yeah you got me there LOL.

My grandfather just passed and as I was going through pictures to display at the funeral, I immediately regretted not taking more with him. Don't do this.

I'm becoming the same way. I haven't gotten to the point of flat out refusing people though.

For the first few dates, yes. If she doesn't at least offer after that, I take that as a high maintenance red flag. Not worth it down the road.

Agree for the most part. Somewhere between halfway and Dean Martin.

Men went downhill during the Vietnam war. Obviously besides those that fought valiantly, the war created the sensitive man. We first see the SJW hippies emerge. Men became weak and it became acceptable for men to be "in touch" with their "feminine side." We had people like John Kerry that went to Vietnam and then came home and threw their medals away. I mean, who the frick does that? A SJW hippie pussy.
