Agree - a real trans person wants to do that anyway. Requiring bottom surgery will weed out the fakers.

This is to be expected. I'm surprised it is only 24. If you are going to have a law this ridiculous, then they need to teach high school girls to follow the law or they could go to jail and have large males as their cell mate. Maybe female crimes will drop a little.
