the rumors of brooks and one of their wives makes sense, these cops were part of a special detail and are no doubt close knit. but the charges are steep and that will squeeze the truth out of one of them

So you would think that they would welcome not having to be in a situation where those split second decisions could ruin their lives. But nope, they’re refusing to follow the law, and their excuse is that pulling people over for traffic violations is necessary for their “morale.”
