The article said a bystander was severely burned trying to stop him from using his lighter.

He has a lighter in his right hand. He bursts into flames as soon as he sparks it.

That video was not what I was expecting. Thought it was gonna be a security camera from the venue. Nope. First person phone camera as the dude set himself on fire. Won't unsee that one.

Well, he did try to kill her, and she did watch him burn to death. I would imagine that could be pretty traumatizing even if it were a complete stranger - much more so if it were someone you had a deep history with.
