Memphis is the worst city I've visited thus far... not even close

My friend lives on the south side and in his 30 years in the area he has always lived in a nice area, but he has had to move farther south twice, now in Hernando a couple of miles south of the interstate.
He started in Olive Branch north of Goodman, then to Southhaven a little south of Church, and where he is now.
We grew up an hour south and we can remember when Whitehaven was, well, white.
