You ok with sentencing someone to life because she may have done more? The other events were after her as for as I know. This took place in 2014 so how would she know what he was doing with his wife?

I've been following along with this crazy arse dynamic and I am almost CERTAIN Curtin and this victim who testified were hanging around for free cocaine. There were statements about SEEING the drugs Denny stole from work on the reg(why didn't they ask her about doing these drugs?).
There's also a statement that the victim knew Curtin and Denny wanted a 3-way with her but she declined. There's also a statement that the victim was the one wanting to hang out and drink and watch movies....hmm.
I'm no expert at the cross-examinations but raise your hand if you knew a good lookin chick who constantly hung around guys for 'free' coke, always flirting but would never frick him.
I knew at least 4 or 5 in my day.
The victim didn't deserve to be diddled while passed out but if Curtin didn't have shite to do with diddling kids or the cumcakes, Curtin deserves less prison time than Denny and Cynthia by decades.
ETA: Curtin apparently declined a plea of 5-8 years. she deserves life if that's true.

If the incident on the videotape had been her only encounter with him, I would be willing to believe she was a victim and not a perpetrator.
She was his mistress for years and knew his proclivities.

Or she should have claimed Perkins forced her to make the video. Probably would have been able to convince at least one or two jurors.

I never heard of a number being reported. Someone told me it was for 20. And if that was the case I could see why she rolled the dice. Her attorney kept saying she doesn’t remember doing it at all so she wasn’t going to take a plea.

I read some case documents today that stated the victim was his ex wife and Curtain was her friend who she invited over. Kind of blew my mind.

Not true. They were divorced and his suicide was long after her arrest.

She had already been arrested when he did this. His death had nothing to do with this case.. I do feel absolutely horrible for their children tho.

You’re confusing the two different women. Curtin does not have a daughter.
