That PDF makes me understand why they don't care about Curtin's testimony. Perkins has no shot at doing anything less than several life sentences, which he and Cynthia fully deserve.
There is a lot of damning evidence in there about him as a person completely outside of the scope of this case. He seems to be a huge piece of shite and Livingston still hired him and made him a SWAT commander.
I'm surprised his answer to BRPD about seeking to attack some black guys because of their race hasn't been picked up by the media.

Yeah reading that pdf made it clear why Curtin didn’t get a deal. She has nothing to offer and no leverage. I thought she kinda got a raw end of the deal but now I’m not so sure depending on what those cruises to Mexico were about.
Also, Perkins admitted to paying for sex as a reserve deputy a mere three weeks before his interview with the Board in 1998

What's crazier is you can only find this bit of information in the Lake Charles news outlet. The fact was completely scrubbed in a two-hour radius from the incident by all other news affiliates.
This is why I have always thought it was something bigger too. The mitigation effort freaked out too much. I think the truth of why it was being done is on the cloud data for his LPSO phone.
I wonder if that has been scrubbed too?
