Have been taking Mucinex and Tylenol Sinus relief and have not noticed much change. Anyone know of something I can take to get over this cold or at least help it?

Liquid hydrocodone buddy if you want to go see a MD. For over the counter medicine Alka-Seltzer cold-plus has helped me in the past.

Sudafed. Ask the pharmacist for it. Afrin, but don’t use it for more than three days.

What are your symptoms? All cold medicine is just symptom relief. Mix and match from the below based on your symptoms:

Stuffy nose/congestion/sinus pressure? You need pseudoephedrine (from behind the counter, none of that PE crap)

Runny nose, itchy watery eyes? You need an antihistamine (fexofenadine, ceterizine, diphenhydramine if it's nap time)

Cough? Guaifenesen to thin the mucous and dextromethorphan to stop the cough.

Achey/headache/fever? Ibuprofen or acetomenophen

Mix a little cocaine in with that afrin and you'll be good to go.
