don't think this is unique to BR. But maybe it would be better if not EVERYONE owned a home. Trailer Park/ghetto apartment complex would be more appropriate for this behavior and these types of individuals.

Of course he does. Makes awful life decisions and yet people feel sorry for him. The cat is the only true victim in this story.
