Clear violation of the 14th amendment.
If I can have sex with my wife and girlfriend after they interrogate me, Cops should have the same rights with the people they’re questioning.

Well the best way to ensure there is no fricking going on during traffic stops and police interrogations is to make it illegal. It works so well with everything else they make illegal.

And what about the consenting adult who is choosing to have sex with the officer. Why is their equal protection under the law to have sex with a legally aged consenting adult any less valuable than someone else’s?
