i actualyl have no problems with this. So long as a note is sent to parents, texted and emailed so they are aware....its not gonna hurt anything.
Getting a condom is not going to make kids have sex. and in 5th grade and middle school... if you are any kind of fricking parent, you know where your kid is at all times and you are bringing them everywhere yourself.
The kids this will help are the ones with shitty parents in the first place. Their parents arent there and the kids are having sex in middle school, condom or no condom.
Dont like this, send them to private school. But the statistics are pretty clear, those from households without 2 parents are more than likely the ones having sex. Also the ones from lower income families are more likely to have sex. SO WHY WOULD YOU BE AGAINST THIS?

Giving condoms to inner city 5th graders in Chiraq is like fighting a forest fire with a super soaker.
They don't care if these kids have sex and have unwanted pregnancies. Option A. Planned Parenthood. Black babies are their number one target. I guess those black lives don't matter. Option B. The girl has the baby and Uncle Sam moves on in to be the Daddy that the poor young boy could never and likely will never be. It's all part of the plan to keep their community reliant on the government for EVERYTHING.
Based on that, I would argue that they give the kids the condoms to start thinking about sex. To give them a little nudge from being kids to "adults" even though, they are just kids.

Depending on the population you have in your building, they already are.
When I worked in an at-risk middle school, I withdrew 5 girls one year to our district teenaged pregnancy program as 6th and 7th graders. One girl was having her second kid since she was 13.
One of those girls believed that she couldn’t get pregnant if she was on top.
