Meanwhile here in Mobile: Day 7 no test kits

Infirmary hospital is now out of ventilators, Springhill hospital is full not accepting any new patients, not sure about USA and providence but people are starting to get real concerned, even on top of the Hill.

I think he is trying to see there are no confirmed cases in Mobile, but the hospitals and ICUs are all full and, therefore, the lack of confirmed cases might be a lie

We do a ton of courier work for labs at Providence, and Mobile Infirmary.
We brought down 25 boxes of test kits from Montgomery to Providence yesterday. Also took some specimens from Providence to the state lab in Montgomery.

Translation:
In Mobile county, there are no positive cases of COVID yet.
The 4 hospitals are Mobile Infirmary (MI), springhill, Providence, and USA (both university hospital and children’s & women’s).
It seems he’s saying MI is almost out of vents, and springhill is on diversion.
I don’t know the status of those places. I think providence has cancelled all elective cases. I neighbor told me somewhere is on lockdown.
At USA university hospital, we are open. Actual census right now is lowest we’ve been in some time. My icu only had 2 vents being used.

Sorry for first post, (sick today) and I don’t know if I have Covid-19 or not as don’t need the test since family members have already had it. Big blowup over lack of testing on news last night.

And my points are yes, test results are bulllshit and whatever the number is you need to multiply it times 1000 or probably 10,000.
And the reason New Orleans numbers are rising so bad is likely due to Mardi Gras, which means that it was already established here and spreading in January and February. If Mobile had an event here like Mardi Gras, or a bunch of container ships unloading daily from China and the Far East we would really be screwed.
