I think assault is one of those things that requires a lot of context.
Dump a drink out on someone at a bar? That can definitely be assault.
Dump Gatorade on a coach after winning a playoff game? That's not.
As far as rectovaginal touching goes, there's similar gray area. If a cop is arresting you and you pinch her arse or grab her crotch, that is assault.
In the scenario where a party is happening instead of an arrest, though, I don't think that same action is assault, at least not initially. It's Gatorade-on-the-coach, not beer-on-the-jerk.
