You've been beating this drum, with some consistency, for as long as I've been posting here. I'd say I disagree, with some caveats. I think it a bit lazy to take a broad brush to the bulk of the world's population without trying to address some of the historical, cultural, and racial dynamics at play. Believe it or not, many of those countries have generational fault-lines as complicated as (or more complicated than) any of ours. We're a relatively young country.
I lived in Western Europe for three years and three months and the Middle East for two years, and have traveled extensively in Africa and SE Asia. I was even a missionary in Tegucigalpa, Honduras in HS, and have of course been to Mexico and Canada a time or three. Somewhere north of 40 countries since I was 17. The US is not (and is certainly not perceived) as a bastion of racial and cultural tolerance the world over.
I'll start by throwing you a bone and saying that black Americans who have lived abroad probably have a somewhat rosier view of international race relations than is perhaps justified. We typically travel to Europe and other places where, though there's racism, it's typically not most intensely aimed at westernized blacks--especially the kind who travel abroad (servicemembers who spend money and generally behave well and business types). I don't have time to do a play-by-play in every region right now (I'll be happy to offer anecdotes if you're really interested later), but the argument that the whole world is more racist than the US is laughably simplistic--even if it's true in a sense. Coupled with your other mantra--that the south is the least racist region in the US--we're left with the argument that the SE US is the least racist place in the world. Literally no one, other than southern whites, could say that with a straight face.

Absolutely not.
I have nothing against poor folks. I grew up poor. I abhor the culture that has a disdain for education, parental responsibility (hell, responsibility in general) and plays the blame game. This culture is growing among white folks as well.
It all comes down to values and culture.

I could counter that you see soccer hooligans exhibit all kinds of violent, degenerate behavior that you don't see in the US. Maggie Thatcher had to ban Man U from traveling at one point in the 1980s (or Chelsea, I forget). It's pretty bad. But I'm black and from the US (Louisiana) and I'm black and lived in western Europe. Sooo...I'd say I'm somewhat qualified to speak on it. FWIW, blacks have been comparing the US unfavorably to Western Europe since the Wars and before.

I'm guessing you're white? See people, white people who don't listen to cops (whether right or wrong) also end up in jail. Yes, cops are generally douche bags, but it's easier to take an arse-chewing and go home than try to act like a bad arse and end up in jail because you made the dumb cop actually feel dumb.
When he let me out and walked me to the gate they have surrounding their back parking lot, I chuckled, and said I'm sorry, I didn't mean some of those things I called you. He laughed back and said you DO have a mouth on you boy, with a grin.
Wasn't mad at him for my face. I decided to let him know how I felt, and knew what he would do to me. I'm so fricking tired of people thinking that cops are out to get black people. Horrible cops are out to get everybody.
