If I'm remembering correctly, wasn't her thread about men trying to complete tasks without using the instructions even though they need the instructions to get it done efficiently?
If so, it has nothing to do with not caring about solving the problem and everything to do with not wasting your fricking life trying to figure it out yourself where there is a GUIDE.
Same man trying to complete the task without that sissy instruction manual is bitching his arse off every time he gets a step wrong, turning something as simple as assembling a bookshelf into an all-night production.

Women love it when men listen to them. Many times, they would prefer that you listen to them rather than try tell tell them the answers. Most of the time, there is no real answer.
