Matrix is broken baws

I went a Fortune 500 retailer known for its trashiness to get some outdoor items. I'm getting out of my truck when this woman pulls up in a Tahoe with a scratch running down the side. She gets out tells her two pre-teen girls "we are only getting one thing". The woman is rocking a New Iberia haircut and one of the kids has a Goosebumps sweatshirt on and the other has that "I don't really want to be here" look and rolls her eyes.

I walk into the store and they are about 10 feet behind me. I walk over to the hardware section get my stuff and checkout. I'm walking back to my truck when I notice that the parking space next mine is empty.

Right when I put my bags in the back, up pulls the exact same Tahoe with the same scratch. Out pops the woman and the girl with the Goosebumps shirt and the other girl. The woman -same new Iberia hair cut- says "we are only getting one thing" But this time the words seemed recorded and didn't just quite match her lips. The other girl rolls her eyes.

Whoever or whatever is running the Matrix that we live in, you just had a glitch. Before, I had dismissed all the weird things as coincidence or deja vu. But not anymore.

I want out. Go ahead and give me my red pill!
