Math/Crawfish Boiler Question for OT Number's Wizards.

My brother in law made me a custom turkey fryer/ mini crawfish boiler, complete with built in temp gauge, from 13 in stainless pipe that was "acquired" from the repair shop in an un-named paper mill. My question is on the vloume it can hold
it is approximately 13" inner diameter by 16" tall.
How many gallons of liquid will it hold?

So you want to know how much water you can hold or how much crawfish you can boil? Because thats a half sack pot with veggies.

Like 36 qts I think. So like 18 qts if you're putting stuff in it to boil and don't want it to overflow.

On another note, don’t do any crazy temperature cycling on that bottom weld. Water inside will help you. Just don’t dump it hot then dunk it in ice. You’ll crack from the HAZ.
