Just saw a commercial for it.
Called the true name card.
Transgenders can use their chosen name on the card instead of their birth name.

So it basically just completely defeats the purpose of anyone having their name on a card because it doesn’t need to be them anyway

I’m curious how it will be handled by a store if the name on the card doesn’t match the name on the ID.

Get one of those and ask the cashier to read the name aloud so that they address you appropriately.
