How many bullets did he fire? Mfer must have hit 3 with some.

Many of the injured will likely be from trampling by people in the crowd trying to escape, not all will be gunshot wounds.

I went to the Mandalay Bay website and the "strip view" rooms are one of the booking options....pretty simple. $217/nt only 1 week out.

Imagine the eeriness of staying in that room at Mandalay going forward. Think I would have to request a room change

That request would raise ZERO eyebrows. Its just "stripview". I have a ton of pics from that assholes viewpoint. 10 years ago and a few floors difference.
Agreed, people request that kind of stuff all day long.

Also, are there balconies on that hotel, or functioning windows? Every high rise hotel I've eveer been in the windows are fixed and can't be opened.

If you don’t think that was full automatic it speaks to your ignorance. Go watch some of the videos of the event and enlighten yourself.

Also a tripod mount was mentioned? I imagine I could sit there until the barrel melted with a tripod and a pillow or blanket on my shoulder. Again this guy was shooting into a lake of people. Change shoulders, walk from room to room gives you a minute rest.

He also knew these were the last 20 minutes of his life. Who gives a frick if your hands burn or blister and your shoulder hurts. you are gonna blow your brains out when they blow the door or you run out of ammo.

Couldn't it also just be possible this guy had no ISIS connection or political stance, and just wanted to see people go down with him? Some reports he was going through a divorce... so he easily could have just been in a tailspin and planned to off himself, so he chose to take people out with him?

I think that's the most probable thing, to be honest. Anything else really sounds absurd to me. Libs wouldn't go buy these types of weapons. Rebs wouldn't off their own. This guy doesn't fit any sort of mold of who would carry out something for ISIS, either.

Probably just a depressed and demented individual who wanted to see the world burn with him.

Could possibly be a degenrate gambler that lost everything. But if that is the case, just shoot yourself..frick.

There are images I think in this tread showing two windows broken out on the shooter's floor, I am assuming they are legit.

Balconies are new to Vegas. The Aria or Cosmo I believe was the first place. Mandalay did NOT have open windows or balconies when I stayed there. I don't know if they made changes to keep up with other places? But looking at the photos of his windows, he had nothing. He used something to bust them out or he shot them out.

It will be interesting to find out the number shot. Injuries could include sprained ankles, bruises from falling, scrapes, etc.

Before firing onto a field of concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest Festival from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay resort in Las Vegas, the gunman broke windows at the hotel by using a hammer-like device, ABC News reports.

Yeah....I have been pissed at the blackjack dealer for turning a 7-card 21 when I had a 20, but not "10 assault rifles" worth of pissed off...
