They most definitely said there was a camera inside the room facing him that wasn't broadcasting anywhere. That was the day after the shooting. I think they stopped mentioning it after that, and just talked about the two outside and the one peephole camera

Could this be a relative of Marilou? Didn't they say she has a daughter in California? She looks very similar but younger compared to Marilou

It probably could be, but she obviously spends a bunch of time with them. Seems a little friendly too.
