Don't know about the actual registration, but within the Hotel Valet system, that car belongs to Stephen Paddock

Chad you didnt knock on me to bad yesterday go check out that video on the previous page i posted, i know the one i posted yesterday gave everybody a bad taste but one of my co-workers who is in the military showed me this one and the guy has some good points

You probably cannot walk into the "Valet" lot. They will bring your car around any time, and the daily fee is the same as self park, but they my be 2 different garages.
