Exactly. Dude, a shooting of 500 freaking people and you are damn right almost any country in the world would be extraditing her butt on terrorism charges to the USA in a heart beat if we wanted that.
Its definitely strange as hell she didn't return immediately. I really feel like the police know she is involved indirectly and they are allowing her to return on her own while she is monitored to see if she talks to anyone else.
In the off chance she was not involved, as a former accountant he would have known that his assets will be frozen and likely liquidated out of his estate in the future for the victims or whatever. So if he wanted to leave any money for anyone, he would have known to move the money first.

You can be prone and still fire upward, or fire center mass then quickly move to the side of the door.
Shooting shin level will almost assure a wounding shot, which both will reveal his exact location and bring backup even faster than otherwise.

he started shooting around 10pm and swat breached the room at 11:58. He was dead by the time they got there. Not sure if he killed him self as they were readying to breach or not though.

Probably not thinking exactly straight at that point. The shooting out the window was part of the plan, maybe he really hadnt even considered how to handle the seige, he blew his brains out moments later.

I wonder what it was like when he first started shooting. How long it took for people to realize what was going on.
In the 1 video after the 1st set of shots, 1 guy is explaining something mostly inaudible but at the end he explains that is how he knows the shots are coming from far away.

I was near a shoot out once. Initial shoots fired and it took a few few seconds to stop and listen. It took even longer to say hey thats gun shots. Took even longer to say oh shite that is gun shots. Wasn't until the ricochet zings came by that I decide it was time to get the hell out.
