Dude had 30+ guns and probably years of shooting experience. He had thousands of targets in a condensed area...he just had to spray

I watched the video. I know the shooter was targeting a large area, but at 500 yards, that would have been incredibly inaccurate. Like, WILDLY inaccurate.

It was a less than 2 acre site filled with 22,000 people standing shoulder to shoulder, accuracy was not something he needed to be concerned with.

An AR15 on a tripod isnt gonna bumpfire very good. Just throwing that out there

He had 17 guns in the room (16 rifles and 1 handgun), he obviously had a lot of options besides the tripod mounted guns.

Yeah, I'm with you. Was he shooting tracer rounds? How the hell could even tell if he hit anything or was even close to the crowd at that distance. Shooting rounds off that quick, at that range at night time, he did A LOT of damage.

No, It's 60 yr old Jerry Miculek who is arguably the greatest pistol shooter (wheel gun) of all time. FWIW, Jerry lives in the OP's backyard .... Keithville, LA

Yeah, I shed a few tears watching Anderson's tribute to the fallen. Just fricking tragic. Can't imagine knowing one of the affected.

Or, maybe there were multiple shooters.

Interesting segment earlier from a forensic pathologist said that to rule that out, they will go to each hospital and get the bullets removed from each victim’s body.

Y'all are probably way more correct here than I am. Just throwing that out there..

But..

There were people down in a relatively concentrated area. When I say wildly inaccurate, at that distance and angle, I can't help but imagine he'd send rounds literally a mile off target if he was using that modified gat crank.

That said, I don't know how sturdy the tripods or whatever were.

This is very strange shite!! I'm not saying he didn't do it but I'm starting to think he was a fall guy for left wing agenda. It doesn't add up.

This was too calculated and after hearing the brother talk, I just don't think it's him. How come we haven't got any recaps of the cameras... Surely they have watched all 3 days of footage. More information should be put out on the hotel camera's of this guys moves. This will go down on the level of Kennedy assassination

I completely agree with you. And from what I can see so far, logic will tell you that it was "wildly inaccurate". And this could've been much worse. We don't know the facts yet, but I've been following this all day, and common reports seem to say he fired about 600-1000 rounds over the course of 10-15 minutes and he only killed 58 people.

And in the videos the first three times he fires almost no one moves because they don't understand what's happening. Then once they figure it out, due to a combination of fear and confusion, huge groups of the 20,000 people there laid on the ground without much cover at all in full view of that window.

Had he been more accurate, especially in the beginning, he mightve killed hundreds of people instead of a little over 50.

But my point was that video definitely shows you that it's possible, if he was laying prone with a tripod on a platform, he could've unloaded a shitload of rounds very quickly without much kick and into the same general area. And if you look at the pictures of his view from the windows he didn't need to be that accurate.

Why would someone turn the floodlights on to illuminate the audience as it was under fire?

No, but I would think you could sit on the bed with the tv remote in one hand and turn the gat crank with the other pretty easily in that set up.

Did posts just get deleted? I could have sworn I clicked the last page, net was the first post on it, I refreshed, and his post was gone.

And Psycho's graphic link warning wasn't originally at the top of a page, but is now.
