It's kinda similar to how Jesuits are priests, but not all priests are Jesuits.

I can't help anybody through this medium.
I'm a Mason as were my dad, uncles on that side and grandfather. I have many masonic friends at all levels including Scottish Rite and York Rite. I sit by a 33rd degree mason in church nearly every Sunday morning.
We have never hated anyone, worshiped the devil, certainly not killed anyone, or done the work of some super secret society. We are very much like the Knights of Columbus.
Muslims won't fit into our organization due to a different idea as to exactly who God is.
I gotta go to bed now. I have to get up early because it's my turn to supply the goat at the York Rite training tomorrow.

I've got no problem. I simply put forth what this society is understood to be about. You vehemously acted in debunking the understanding. I asked you to pray with me. You responded that you can. As in capable of doing so. I asked you to invoke the Son of God in prayer. You simply said you can, and attacked me. Let's pray. You'll sleep well.

All I know is that my grandpaw was apparently somewhat deeply involved in it. They had a huge ceremony at his funeral and tons of masons showed up.
There definitely is a secret hand shake and other secret things they don’t talk about. When he meet new people, he immediately knew if they were masons by some detail in there greeting or handshake. I never knew if the greeting handshake or whatever was the “secret handshake” everyone talks about or if there was another one.
Also out of nowhere, I won the mason scholarship when I graduated high school without even knowing it existed or applying for it. Not even sure they gave it out every year. Few year later, my first cousin won it.

I will pray when, where, and how I want. It will be to God through Jesus Christ. It will not be in some thread in a forum such as this and in some preconceived form. I don't have to prove anything to you are any other.
I was offering information from a learned position. If you don't want to see "vehemously" I'd suggest you approach the subject differently and not be a pain in the butt to the person passing out information.
