A renewed vaccine push mixed with masking could flatten America’s recent spike in coronavirus cases within two weeks, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said Wednesday morning.

quote:

“We can halt the chain of transmission,” Walensky told “CBS This Morning” on Wednesday. “We can do something if we unify together, if we get people vaccinated who are not yet vaccinated, if we mask in the interim, we can halt this in just a matter of a couple of weeks.”

quote:

“If you’re not vaccinated, you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were,” Biden said Tuesday. “We have a pandemic because of the unvaccinated.”

I just really hope the government starts sending vaccine police around and start snatching up all of us that arent vaccinated.

That way we can truly be shunned by the almighty vaccinated folks

You would think they at least would respect us enough to say 14 days in the hopes we don’t recognize this song and dance again.

She should be fired.

You can’t stop a virus. You can just slow it a bit. But it will eventually mutate and do what it does.

All of the past 18 months are an exercise in futility.

I mean when this fricking shot is being pushed by government, mainstream media, and other outlets… then who is obsessed?

And the fake president is basically harassing “unvaccinated” people.

How can a recently injected vaccine help when it takes a few days or weeks to become effective in one’s system?

Masking may help, but ultimately we may have to isolate to stop the spread again, but no one including me wants to do that.

That why I posted on another topic when and how do we get to point that we see and treat COVID like a cold or flu and move on with our lives, knowing that some may live while some may die? Survival of the fittest.

People are too hardheaded for this. If everyone just did it right, just once, y’all could stop bitching about this forever. But nope, people want to oppose everything that could squash it and instead live in perpetual setback. No one to blame but yourself.

ETA: World record for downvotes, just gonna call it now.
