Masks are coming off in Texas baws

I was out and about at bars and restaurants all weekend and there'd been a noticeable shift in mask wearing and policy. The restraunts have seemed to leave it up to staff if they want to wear one or not (most didn't) and customers were never asked to wear a mask. We had to wait at a table at a couple places and they were back to just letting us in and chill by the bar until the table was ready.
The first couple of weeks after the mandate was lifted most people were still wearing them and a lot of places still required them.
We back baby, you New Orleans baws can have fun until dark when your shite closes.

I don't think you know what a chirp is.
It took me literally seconds to say that. It's not like I sat an pondered on a beautiful sunny day yesterday at a patio bar how much better it was than New Orleans (even though it was)

When was that ruled? On March 26, District Judge Livingston said Travis County/Austin could keep the mandate until it’s decided
