Maryland garbage collector shot to death on the job

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

If you know you want to shoot the garbage man, it would probably be smarter to:
1) use a rifle from a distance and not at point blank range
2) don’t do it in front of your house

Not only do they suck at test scores and following the law but they suck at being conspicuous when they commit crimes.
Need a DEI to lower the standards for catching criminals so black people can have equity in the judicial system.
