Two of four officers arrested on murder counts in Marksville shooting
"Smith, along with officers Stafford and Greenhouse, are among the targets of a federal use-of-force lawsuit filed in July by Ascension Parish resident Ian Fridge, who said he was tackled by officers, who also used a stun gun on him, in Marksville last year at an Independence Day festival. A gun rights advocate, Fridge said he was grabbed from behind by officers while openly carrying a weapon as the lawmen taunted, “you’re definitely not a local boy,” according to a complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. Fridge also said the officers took his cellphone and deleted his recording of the incident."

Festival permits only work for concealed carry. Not open carry. Open carry is Federal law it trumps state law.
An example is that you can drink while open carrying. If you are concealed carrying and a .05 BAC you will be arrested.

3 cops approached the victim.A 4th cop arrives just after which I suspect is the one with the camera. The word I got is there was an altercation between the victim and one of the shooters over the victims girlfriend. I dont know how long ago. They try to execute the driver and in the process basically shoot the head off the child.

1)I don't want to watch it.
2)I would be totally ok with them getting fried by ole sparky.
That's banana republic type bullshite. It's one thing to be a dirty cop, another when being a dirty cop means you kill a 6 year old. I am typically against the death penalty btw.

If you were a cop and wanted to "execute" someone over a woman, would you bring TWO other cops into your plot? I guess it's possible, but it sounds rather implausible to me.
IMO, a much more reasonable explanation is that one cop started shooting, so a second, reacting to his partner's actions, joined in. When they realize they fricked up, all three (or four) start covering their asses with a hastily conceived bullshite story.

Probably. What makes the whole thing stink is the cover up. Had the shooters been forthcoming we probably wouldn't be having this conversation and the cops might not be facing murder 2. They probably would have gotten some time but they would have been out in a couple of years but now they might rot in the pen for the next 25-30 years.
Acceptance of responsibility goes a long long way in the court of public opinion. If the police did a good job of this I think we would have far less distrust in law enforcement.
I still think whoever started shooting, got spooked for whatever reason and fired into the car.

So two black cops go nuts and kill an innocent white boy showing disregard for safety for anyone. So apparently it's not just white cops killing blacks, it's basically just out of control cops!!!!

I conducted a research paper on the topic, and according to the FBI UCR reports, only 1/3 of those killed by police are black... so, congrats to all those who take the talking heads on news channels at their word and don't do a little digging.
