I think he has legitimately been redpilled. Seems like the kind of guy that would prefer to ignore the politics and bullshite in favor of technology. He got burned by trusting other people to handle that other stuff and now that he had to jump in, he's seeing how close his company was to getting destroyed by the Biden admin's terrible policies.
He's not likely to turn into some political evangelist like Elon, but I also don't think he would again let the swamp have so much control over what his companies are doing.
