Here’s where the left loses it. Scary gun...magazine capacity...who needs these kinds of guns....etc....

The simple fact of the matter is the 2nd amendment is in place not for hunting, or recreation, or home protection even, but because they serve as a final checks and balance to tyrants and authoritarians who otherwise could usurp the authority of the people without opposition, and so trample upon any and all of their other rights, so the 2nd being the ultimate right in support of the other rights penned by much greater men who had first hand knowledge of what dangers tyrants posed to the people. Nothing has changed in that regard. If anything, it’s true more so now than ever before.

The real trouble is, these liberals give no shits about the constitution as they do their whims and feel good emotional change the world shite, and they also don’t care for our founding fathers unless it happens to suite their agenda. Read our founding fathers comments and gain and understanding of their motives, and you understand the need for an armed society NOW more than any other time in our history. The only government that fears an armed society is a government that you yourself should have something to fear.

I don't think anyone cares that their are more strict background checks, or even courses one could take to get a specific licence in order to purchase any of these weapons.

Most avid shooters go to ranges enough where it really wouldn't be a problem. I'm a republican, and I'm ok with that. These people want them gone....but the bad guys will always have them.

Is said license obtained free of cost and without ridiculous hardship? Otherwise, frick that shite. I'm not paying a license fee (aka 2-A tax) or having to go through long hours of "training" to be allowed to keep the AR-15 that only comes out of my safe a few times a year.

When did our military downgrade to the AR-15? Did they do this to save money? Please send the details as to when this happened and why.

C'mon. That's like saying the NRA doesn't actually support the 2nd Amendment, they just want to sell you guns and gun accessories.

It's just another line of orchestrated socialist programs masquerading as organic movements headed by BigMoney Politics

No but no one says a damn thing about black on black gun violence out of fear of being tagged a racist.

yes because the average citizen has a total understanding of law and the way it should be interpreted according to the frameworks of the constitution.

Wrong, numbnuts. What don't you seem to get about there being a problem with requiring a license to exercise an individual civil right?

I'd like to see one change in the current NICS process.

Similiar to how you can get TSA precheck for flying I'd like to optionally be able to get a NICS precheck. Then, I no longer have to fill out the same crap paperwork, wait around and pay yet another fee.

they want to be able to go to school and not get shot and killed, which is a worthy objective. whether or not that is possible in our current state of affairs is the issue at hand, and it may not have a workable answer
