To the nation as a whole he wasnt as well known.
He was well known among college aged kids and probably millennials. If you are an older gen x or boomer than probably not. He had millions of followers. He was probably the main reason Gen Z went strong for Trump. He also had a large Christian following
Eta: I’m gen x and listened to him. Oddly enough, my daughter’s (no pics) black female friend (no pics) is who introduced me to him. Both mid 20s

Whatever the MAGAs are up in their feels about, I guess. They are always whining about something.

I saw where they are mad about Trump’s tweets calling them the party of violence.
The liberal fricks think burning Teslas, killing people, shooting Trump, protesting ICE is just normal behavior.

No. The threads here and the poliboard about him. Akin to the threads the week before about Kimmel. No one watches Kimmel or the Superbowl yet each had multiple multi page threads.
You complain about people being overly political, but you seem to hang out on the political board enough to know so much about what they post. Why do you go looking for stuff on the political board to complain about or use as something that supports your reasoning?
I had zero interest in watching or listening to the gay bunny before I found out about his support of men magically transforming into real women (and vice versa), him being open to becoming gay one day, his horrible broken English, or his protest of refusing to do events in the actual US until magically he was offered the Suoer bowl halftime ending that protest for personal gain and fame. As soon as it was described as spanish rap I was out. That was similar to many others in threads when he was first announced.
I also don’t like rap music coming out of a broken culture or copying a broken culture. It’s not political, but I am sure you view it that way or maybe something ending in “ist”.
The Super Bowl has some great halftime shows that could actual cross genres during some performances and race and were understandable, so it’s disappointing when instead of having a show all NFL fans can enjoy to varying degrees like pre-JayZ (minus the black eyed peas) they continue to push acts that much of their core fan base don’t have an interest in watching. My wife and her Zumba cohorts will probably have a blast.

Do you mean is the outrage over the de facto justifying or celebrating a murder based on the victim’s political views on the role of govt in this country still a thing?
Or maybe claiming to spit in drinks (or whatever he claimed about someone’s drink or food)?

Kirk (who nobody had ever heard of a month ago)
1) he is huge amongst 15-25 year old guys. So much so that Gavin Newsome’s son wanted to skip school to meet him.
2) he spoke at the RNC.
3) I realize no one takes your posts seriously.

But if even 1% tries to just give a shite about people they disagree with, this country would turn around at least a bit.
Yea! That’s what it is. Let’s disregard everything that has happened over the last 20 years and reach across the aisle and embrace everybody.
Tell me, what should I let my guard down on and meet the democrat halfway on?
-men in women’s sports?
-trannies reading to 2nd graders?
-mass grooming of pedophilia and lgbt/tranny programming in everything these days (this super bowl brought to you by a man in a dress that only speaks Spanish!)
-DEI even existing, much less the consequences of it?
-importing 20 million illegals that have wrecked the housing market, the economy, drive inflation, and then to see people being violent towards ICE officers for just enforcing the law the way the previous administration's have done?
-DEI DA’s and Judges letting career criminals with 30+ felonies out so that they can murder people all across this country?
-Black lives matter bullshite and the lie that brought about cities burning to the ground, 10’s of billions in damage, 27 people dead?
-massive migration and takeover of Islam into communities all across the country and stupid fricking liberals cheering it on?
-all the censorship during Covid?
-all of the mandates during Covid?
-being patronized daily that my white privilege and not my work ethic is responsible for any success in my life?
-for the racist shite my wife has to endure daily as a public school teacher?
-can we even go to a music festival anywhere without piece of shite blacks fricking fighting and shooting each other and ruining any semblance of night life?
Tell me motherfricker, which one should I not be giving a shite about so that I can find some common ground with my fellow man?
Please tell me, where have I gone wrong?
