Mansfield is always overlooked on the list of sketchiest/shittiest towns in Louisiana

Demographics are close to Ferriday. I drove through around midnight last night and the gas station at the corner of 171/84 had 50 cars in the parking lot and looked like this.

Coushatta was in our district when I was in HS. Hands down the worst facilities I ever played at but the people were alright. It never felt unsafe there which is more than I can say for some places. They have a sweet new high school now courtesy of the shale money. In season, Ed Lester Farms just outside Coushatta has a fantastic produce stand. They have a little of everything.
