At least they don't have that gritty crap sprinkled all over them. Maybe they did it the right way and put the seasoning in the boil.

I never knew this, but apparently "Crayfish parties" are somewhat big in Sweden (they take place in the summers there). So I guess I could see it happening in Minnesota with their large Scandinavian population.

FWIW, the crayfish parties in Sweden are nothing more than people getting together to eat boiled crawfish while wearing goofy costumes and getting hammered drunk....so not all that much different from our crawfish boils

Yeah those are pretty common knowledge.

They eat them cold and cook them in dill.
