its is a huuuuuge stretch to call this a hate crime.
There is an aspect of destroying a property because of perceived employment by an organization.
But i don't think you could extend that to any destruction of corporate property if it was intentional because of that property.

Why do you people have to play "gotcha" re: blacks and sjw in every thread? This doesn't have anything to do with confederate monuments.
