I drove by Turnagain Arm on Sunday on the way to Seward and the tide was out. I probably saw this guy out there in the crowd before he got stuck.

I watch Anchorage local news (mostly for the shits and giggles of their accent) and they did a 15 second bit about it like it was nothing unusual. What a horrible way to go.
