And of course someone is just standing there filming it instead of trying to help. The people who choose to film instead of help are even worse than the person doing the heinous act imo.

What exactly would you have done instead during the 44sec timeframe the guy was recording? Guy looks like he's just walking down the sidewalk and pulled his phone out because he witnessed a car accident.
I'm assuming he helped the woman after the guy fled the scene, but during the 44secs is this guy supposed to outrun car speeding at the woman and knock it away like Superman? Or run towards him as he's running someone over and jump through his windshield if he starts coming at him? Give him a karate chop?

Who honestly thinks an argument over a fender-bender is going to result in one party getting run over? Guy probably thought recording the Mitsubishi SUV would help out the victim. Little did he know he would be recording an attempted murder.

Witness is running full speed at the car until 20 seconds into the video when he is stunned by what he has witnessed. By 44 seconds he's turned his phone off.
So because in that 24 second window he didn't rip a moving car door off or find a suitable deadly weapon like you'd have, he's "even worse than the person doing the heinous act imo"
