I think it was more egregious than that, it was an argument over who invented the ambulance.

There should be a minimum of 3 large billboards identifying the judges that let these type of people out on bond. Big pics of them with the pic of the people killed indirectly by the judge. Placed in judges home town.

Remands without bail are barely an option in Louisiana. The Louisiana constitution prevents remands without bail except for capital felonies where the proof is evident or the presumption great. And second degree murder, the crime he was charged with, is not a capital offense in Louisiana. (Although it does carry mandatory life without parole.)

Someone charged with murder and likely is facing life in prison probably shouldn't be out on bond. They have very little to live for. They are likely going to prison anyways, so why bother being a decent human?

Well, the guy in the video says people may be getting fed up, which I highly doubt. The judge in the video just won re-election, though that was before the ruling in the video.

Seems she's got quite the private life going:
LINK

She's in a custody battle for her grandkids since her son murdered his wife. The kid's aunt lives in Botswana:
The day’s most contentious statements came when Charles Tyler Sr., the attorney for the children’s aunt, accused Collier-Williams of being a liar and exhibiting “Black privilege” for including Botswana’s high rate of AIDS and deadly animal attacks in filings that argue against the children being placed with the aunt, Rebecca Tawana.

“These children’s mother was not killed by a wild animal in Botswana,” Tyler said. “She was killed by a wild animal in America.”
