Goddammit! I started that dumbass video twice and couldn't get past the annoying clicking bullshite. Then read through the thread and saw the arse shot mentioned. Which provision says it is grandfathered if it stays in the family?
In any event it seems as though they woukd have to open the succession (or 2) to pass title as only living individuals and certain trusts are eligible for the exemption.
