Dont understand why the posters here blame the dogs—when a gun is used in a crime it’s all the criminals fault. Seems like it would be most consistent to blame the owners of the dogs.

The people that bred them for fighting should be charged with murder in this case. Those are trained killers as far as I’m concerned.
That guy should have a lot more security measures in place knowing what kind of dogs he was dealing with.

But you do have a bit of a point in that the owners should have a very high degree of blame when they inflict society with these dangerous animals.
In this case, both are important parts of a large problem.
Blame both.
