The man is denying this happened. Are we just set to believe all women again?
I personally would assume that this jackleg did it, but what if he didn't?
What is the precedent we are setting here?
Innocent until PROVEN guilty is eroding by the day. Will this guy be labeled a sex offender? Will his life be ruined?
What if she was just backing it up on him and he sprung rock? What if she was bent over and some other perv did a grab and run? She clearly did not see what happened.
Again, looking at that mugshot, I'd not place any wager on this man's innocence, but I am becoming scared of the world we are creating.
