If you look at the video closely, the video encapsulates the surveillance video of the getaway car where multiple homes equipped with video surveillance could catch a plate number. I really hope BRPD can identify these pieces of shite who were obviously casing the neighborhood, which led to this senseless murder. First degree murder should absolutely be on the table.
