Man facing drug charge says SpongeBob took his paperwork

A Monroe man is facing multiple charges after he was allegedly shouting in the street Sunday.
According to an arrest report for Jonathan Porter, age 27, a witness contacted OPSO because Porter was walking up and down Warwick Drive yelling, screaming and cursing. The witness believed Porter was under the influence of alcohol.
When deputies located Porter, he reportedly had a white substance on the left side of his mouth.
Deputies stated he was under the influence of either alcohol or a controlled dangerous substance because he said SpongeBob took his paperwork and God had battleships but had not sent them yet.

Not sure what he was on but we can rule out ambien, that jibberish isn't racist enough.
