In minnesota it would be 2nd degree murder. Minnesota classifies second degree murder as anyone committing an assault intentionally that results in death. So if you swing at someone and they die, even if you didn't mean to kill them, in Minnesota that's 2nd degree murder. It's one of the only states that does it that way I'm pretty sure.

In my experience, the vast majority of black people reject this.
I completely accept, and abhor the fact that many young (usually) blacks are poorly raised but there are many that aren't.
Hate on the pieces of shite that don't belong in society but, at the same time, applaud and support those who are raising a family correctly.

What does race have to do with the culture you are talking about?
Go to Appalachia or a lot of places in Livingston, or some areas of Idaho, Alaska, etc.
Race has nothing to do with the culture you are denouncing. It is a certain culture that is prevalent in poverty stricken areas. It has always been that type of life in slums and ghettos, no matter where it is in the world or what race the makeup of the poverty area is.
If you feel that the majority of black people will defend this type of shite, then you have managed to isolate yourself from black people for one reason or another.
Most black people don't care about the protests or the protesters. Most don't understand why they are rioting, and in no way support rioting.
Why? Because they have responsibilities and other more inmportant things in their lives than politics.
Maybe y'all should try to turn your back on politics for a while. Turn off the news, and quit scouring Twitter for a daily outrage.

I believe you are rt. The DAs job is to get criminals convicted. They use the arrest reports and in more populated cities have their own investigation unit to help turn charges into convictions.
It's why Kamala billed herself the top cop of California.
