2. Complaining about race baiting while also making an issue that appears to have nothing to do with race a racial issue

Because black people can't commit hate crimes. He could've thrown a white infant from a 50 story building while yelling "I'm going to wipe white people off the face of the planet" and he still wouldn't be charged with a hate crime because all DAs are pussies when it comes to this stuff
