Kennan Jones, 44, was attacked on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Train on Sunday
•He had asked the group of young men and women to stop smoking marijuana
•They punched him and threw him against the train's doors before it came to a stop at the Deep Ellum station
•They then spilled out on to the platform and one woman hit the man over the head with a skateboard

This seems to run contrary to the argument that dopers are non-violent.

From a non weed smoker, the stuff smells awful and if I'm in a small space and group of people are smoking it around me, I might say something as well.
Even with plain cigarettes, aren't there rules about smoking on public transportation?
