You have to be quite the douche to get a trespassing charge at a church considering they’re pretty much open to anyone.
Kinda curious though if a good lawyer could get him out of it by arguing the event was open to the public therefore he could not have trespassed. Disturbing the peace seems to be a more accurate charge imo and

Question why would a church support anything Santa related? Don’t understand the protesters but a church having Santa events is not exactly right either. Understanding the meaning of Christmas, why we celebrate it and where the Santa idea comes from is a better way of handling kids at Christmas.
